asked the Minister of Transport why there has been delay in confirming the applications of the Breconshire County Council for two pedestrian crossings and a one-way street to the Teddington control factory in High Street, Cefncoed.

Mr. Barnes:

Decisions have now been given in both these cases. As regards the pedestrian crossings, there was, I regret, some delay in my Department. In the case of the one-way Order, the delay was almost wholly due to the time taken to notify my Department of the results of the advertisement.
