asked the Minister of Works how many tenders have been received for the work of demolishing the Palace of Industry in Bellahouston Park; and when he expects that demolition will begin.

Six tenders have been received for the work of demolishing the Palace of Industry at Bellahouston Park. Today is the final date for submission of tenders and until these have been examined I am not in a position to state when demolition will begin.
