§ Mr. J. GriffithsRegulations provide that maternity grant and attendance allowance may be awarded to a woman whose confinement takes place abroad if, at the time of the confinement, she is ordinarily resident in Great Britain or is (or is married to), a serving member of His Majesty's Forces.
