§ Mr. Wilfred PalingThere are no spare wires in the cables serving the locality of Trinity Lodge, and telephone service can only be provided by sharing with a neighbouring subscriber. Unfortunately all the subscribers concerned have refused to share, but the telephone manager is making further efforts to obtain the necessary consent.
