§ Mr. Wilfred PalingThe postal facilities in Kuwait have recently been overhauled and increased and I am assured by my officer on the spot that they are now being conducted to the satisfaction of the local general public. It is hoped to transfer the post office to more convenient and more commodious premises in the near future.
