§ 77. Mr. Sharpasked the Minister of Health whether the campaign for due return of medicine bottles, as detailed in Health Executive Council Note 28 of August, 1949, has been effective; and whether, in order to make better use of 75W existing bottles, he will authorise pharmacists to make a small charge which will be repaid by them on the return of the bottle.
§ Mr. BevanIt is too early to assess the full effect of the campaign, which is a continuing one. In reply to the second part of the Question, I would refer to the answer given to my hon. Friend the Member for East Nottingham (Mr. Harrison) on 27th October.
