§ Mr. W. EdwardsWhen the Castle was in private ownership, before the war, visitors were admitted on three afternoons a week during the summer months. From July of this year until the end of October visitors have been admitted to the grounds on two afternoons a week.48W Owing to shortage of staff and to alterations still in hand it is not possible to expand the facilities at the present time.
