§ Mr. BottomleyI assume the hon. Member is referring to the recent trade arrangement. All Departments interested were consulted before the negotiations began and were kept informed of their progress. Departments with a major interest, namely, the Board of Trade, the Treasury, the Ministry of Food and the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, were represented continuously during the negotiations. The Foreign Office, Ministry of Supply and other Departments were represented when matters of interest to them were discussed.
