§ 60. Mr. Hardyasked the Minister of Health which committee rescinded the recommendation of the hospital medical staff committee and the Hope, Ladywell and Drinkwater Park hospital committee to close six wards to accommodate six extra members of the medical staff; and when this decision was reached.
§ Mr. BevanI am informed that a proposal to use two side wards for this purpose was rejected by the Salford Hospital Management Committee on 4th May.
