Mr. Wilkesasked the Minister of Health what plans have been submitted to him for the building of a health centre 29W or centres in Newcastle-upon-Tyne; and whether, in view of his recent sanctioning of new health centres in Stoke Newington and Birmingham, he will now sanction the creation of a health centre in Newcastle-upon-Tyne.
§ Mr. BevanNo plans have yet been submitted to me, but the council intend to submit plans in the near future, and when they do so I will consider whether sanction can be given.
