HC Deb 13 May 1949 vol 464 c142W
Mr. Granville

asked the Minister of Transport if he will now reconsider his decision against improving the present 'bus service to the villages of Rickinghall and Botesdale in Suffolk, in view of the serious shortage of bus services in this part of the country.

Mr. Barnes

This is not a matter for decision by me. I am informed that the bus company are still unable to extend their evening journey from Wattisfield to Rickinghall and Botesdale without inconveniencing many more people than would benefit.
