§ 95. Mr. Lipsonasked the Minister of Pensions why the hospital case notes and X-ray films of an ex-Service patient at the Cheltenham General Hospital, of whose name he has been informed, have been kept by his Department since February and have not been returned to the hospital, in spite of many requests that they should be as they are required to enable the patient to receive urgent medical treatment; and if he will arrange for them to be sent to the Cheltenham General Hospital forthwith.
§ Mr. MarquandI much regret the delay which occurred in regard to this matter. 135W The medical documents to which the hon. Member refers have now been returned to the Cheltenham General Hospital.
