§ Sir R. Glynasked the Minister of Health the number and total sum of loans authorised by his Department to local authorities in the County of Berkshire for the following purposes, housing and water schemes, respectively, since 1st April, 1945, to 1st April this year.
§ Mr. H. MorrisonI understand from my right hon. Friend the President of the Board of Trade that steps have already been taken which should result, in the Autumn of 1950, in a substantial increase in the production of nitrogenous fertilisers. Plans to increase capacity still further are now being considered.
