Mrs. Manningasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department when the Essex County Council may expect to receive confirmation of proposed by-laws controlling the nuisance occasioned by gravel lorries.
§ Mr. EdeIf the Essex County Council accept some drafting amendments which have been suggested to them, it will be open to them to submit the by-laws for confirmation as soon as they have been made and the statutory period for depositing them for inspection has elapsed.
