THE EARL OF MUNSTER

asked His Majesty's Government whether it is proposed to introduce legislation during the present Session of Parliament to give effect to the recommendations contained in Command Paper 7664 dealing with Health Welfare and Safety in Non-Industrial Employment and Hours of Employment of Juveniles.

THE LORD CHANCELLOR

The Report is under consideration, but it covers a very wide field and His Majesty's Government can hold out no hopes of the introduction of legislation during the present Session.
