Hughesasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies what is the scale of distribution of HANSARD to the Colonial Administrative Service; how does this compare with its distribution to the Home Civil Service; and if he is satisfied that it is adequate to enable administrative officers to keep in touch with discussions of Colonial policy and related topics in this House.
§ Mr. Rees-WilliamsThere is no special distribution of HANSARD for the direct use of the Colonial Administrative Service, but copies of Parliamentary proceedings of Colonial interest are sent to Governors, and a copy of the WEEKLY HANSARD is sent to each territory for general reference.
