§ 25. Sir W. Smithersasked the Minister of Food whether, in view of the fact that the Order prohibiting the washing of standard grade carrots by growers and wholesalers has been rescinded, and in accordance with the recommendations of the National Farmers' Union which have been made to him, he will review the prices to be charged by growers.
§ Dr. SummerskillA meeting will shortly be arranged with the National Farmers' Union to discuss this point and other matters connected with carrot control.
