§ 75. Mr. Teelingasked the Minister of Works the reasons for the delay in establishing a Remploy factory in Brighton for the employment of the severely disabled; when work is likely to commence; and on what date the factory is likely to be completed.
§ Mr. KeyIt has not yet been possible to agree the terms of a lease of the site of this factory. The delay has been due to doubt whether the provisions of Section 82 of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1947, apply, and this point has only recently been determined. It is too early to specify the date of completion.
