§ The Prime MinisterI gave no instructions concerning my visit to Berlin to my Adviser on Public Relations, as the arrangements for any necessary publicity on this occasion were put entirely in the hands of the Control Commission, Germany. In these circumstances it was not necessary that this official should accompany me.
