§ Mr. GaitskellCommercial travellers, like all motorists with supplementary allowances, receive their coupons in advance for six months, and are expected to make their own arrangements for spreading the use of those coupons over the whole period. I have already announced an increase in the allowances for the next period covered by the commercial traveller's application, and I do not propose to make any further changes.
