§ 44. Mr Prittasked the Prime Minister whether he will introduce legislation to nationalise the insurance industry, and include provision that in the assessment of compensation for members of committees of management, no account shall be taken of salary increases voted in and after March, 1949, with a view to inflating such compensation.
