§ Mr. G. BrownEuropean Volunteer Workers in agriculture can and do participate in the various recreations in which their fellow workers engage. To meet the special circumstances of those agricultural workers—both British and foreign—who are living temporarily in hostels, facilities for games, music, social functions and so forth are provided with the help of a grant from public funds.
