WilsonIt is not possible to give any estimate of the proportion of utility furniture which has been damaged by woodworm; but from such evidence as we have, we are satisfied that this proportion is very small indeed. As regards the second part of my hon. Friend's Question, the responsibility for the cost of repairs is a matter of civil law and the Board of Trade has no power to intervene.
