§ 72. Mr. A. Edward Daviesasked the Minister of Health what arrangements are in hand to provide some improvement in the wages and conditions of mental nurses; and if he will speed up matters so as to allay the discontent among the staff concerned.
§ Mr. BevanNo claim has yet been submitted by the Staff Side of the Nurses 103W and Midwives Whitley Council. It has been already agreed that the new salary scales will operate from 1st February, 1949.
