Pages 421–2. 29th September, 1939: Memo, by First Lord of Admiralty for War Cabinet, Norway and Sweden. Pages 422–3. 29th September, 1939: First Lord to the Assistant Chief of Naval Staff. Pages 423–4. 16th December, 1939: Norway—Iron-Ore Traffic. Note by the First Lord of the Admiralty. Pages 430–439.

No trace can be found of the four documents in question having been communicated to the Nuremberg Tribunal.
