§ 63. Major Bruceasked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Admiralty whether, in view of the time required for the construction of a tidal model of Portsmouth harbour, he will initiate discussions with the Portsmouth City Corporation in order to determine a minimum area of land reclamation to meet the city's more immediate land requirements.
§ Mr. W. EdwardsA letter was addressed to the Town Clerk of Portsmouth on 30th May suggesting discussions on these lines, and he has informed us that the matter is receiving attention.
