§ 80. Mr. Jannerasked the Attorney-General whether he is aware that there is a grave urgency to protect large numbers of tenants of business premises who are threatened with eviction on the termination of their tenancies; and if, in view of this and of the interim report 13W of the Leasehold Committee, he will immediately introduce legislation for dealing with this position.
§ The Attorney-GeneralI am aware of the views of the Leasehold Committee on this question and anticipate that a statement of the Government's intentions regarding their recommendations will be made very shortly.
