§ Mr. H. WilsonNo. The trade descriptions of furs now in use are widely known and I should not feel justified in compelling traders to change their practice. A trader who applies a false description to furs or any other goods may be prosecuted under the Merchandise Marks Act, 1887, by any interested person.
