§ Mr. KeyA short section of Constitution Hill has been resurfaced near the Queen Victoria Memorial in order to preserve continuity of the road levels and to ensure satisfactory drainage of surface water. The cost of the work is about £350. Constitution Hill was last resurfaced in September, 1947.
