§ Mr. KeyThe cost of adapting Wells House Hotel, Ilkley, and retaining it in a state of readiness for use as a hostel for textile workers, was£18,200. The premises were prepared for this purpose in September, 1948, and have not since been used. They are now being de-requisitioned.
