Mr. Philips Priceasked the Minister of Works whether he is aware that the only space available to pedestrians on either side of the Mall is surfaced with rough gravel which is not agreeable to pedestrian traffic; and whether, in view of the fact that the use of this space by equestrians is comparatively limited, steps can now be taken to make at least part of it more satisfactory for pedestrians.
