§ Mr. BarnesMembers of the Executive set up under the Transport Act are not representatives of particular sections or interests but, in accordance with the provisions of the Act, are chosen from persons who appear to the Minister to have had wide experience and shown capacity in transport, industrial, commercial or financial matters, in administration or in the organisation of workers. I am satisfied that the present membership of the Road Passenger Executive covers this latter category.
