§ Mr. Granvilleasked the Minister of Works whether he is aware that the present scheme to demolish the old hump-backed bridge at Snape in Suffolk is causing considerable concern to the local residents, who wish to preserve this part of the beauty of old Suffolk; and whether it would not be possible to retain the old bridge and build the new one beside it.
§ Mr. KeyI have asked for a report about the preservation of the existing bridge. The siting of the new bridge would be a matter for my right hon. Friend the Minister of Transport.
