§ 67. Mr. W. Fletcherasked the Minister of Transport whether he will consider changing the regulations whereby certain classes of utility vehicles are limited to a maximum speed of 30 m.p.h., since an increase in this speed limit will not result in any diminution of road safety.
§ Mr. BarnesNo. I have so far found it impracticable to devise a definition which would enable these vehicles to be treated as a separate class or description for the purposes of Section 10 of the Road Traffic Act, 1930.
