§ Mr. H. MorrisonThe selection of representatives either as participants or as observers is still proceeding and names will be announced as soon as firm arrangements have been made. The76W Secretary-General of the United Nations, with the advice of the United Kingdom authorities, has invited some 60 United Kingdom specialists to contribute papers.
