§ Mr. Collinsasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department when he will publish the circular or pamphlet setting out those portions of the Representation of the People Act, 1948, which relate particularly to parish councils, in accordance with the undertaking given to the hon. Member for Taunton on the 22nd July, 1948.
