Noel-BakerIf I rightly understand the hon. and gallant Member's Question, he is asking whether the passage of the Republic of Ireland Act affects those provisions of the 1938 Agreement between the Governments of the United Kingdom and Eire which annulled Articles 6 and 7 of the Treaty of 1921. In the view of His Majesty's Government, the Act does not affect these provisions in any way.
