§ 30. Mr. Palmerasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs if the special restrictions on the visits from this country of German-born citizens to their relatives in the British zone of Germany can be relaxed.
Mr. McNeilThe restrictions on visits by Germans to Germany are imposed by tripartite agreement and it is not possible to vary them unilaterally. They are steadily being made less onerous, and still further relaxation is being considered, subject to proof of accommodation being available.
