§ Mr. H. WilsonThe staff serving on 1st February, 1949, comprised 96 full-time officers and 36 part-time officers, who are regarded as the equivalent of 18 full-time. Of the 96 full-time, two were serving in an honorary capacity and 94 were paid; of the 36 part-time, one was serving in an honorary capacity and 35 were paid an appropriate proportion of a full-time salary.
