§ Mr. RobensThe Committee's report which was made on 25th January, is now being printed and will, I hope, be available for publication early in March. As my right hon. Friend said in reply to my hon. Friend the Member for Ilkeston (Mr. Oliver) on 27th January, the report will need careful study and consideration before. a statement can be made.
