§ Mr. RobensThe Industrial Coal Consumers' Council was appointed on 1st July, 1947, and has had nine meetings. Apart from studies initiated by the Council itself, representations have been made to the Council by three consumers or groups of consumers. My right hon. Friend has referred one matter to the Council.
