§ 120. Wing-Commander Millingtonasked the Minister of Education whether, in view of the urgent necessity of facilitating interchange of scientific educational and cultural materials between nations by every means, it is His Majesty's Government's intention to give early ratification to the International Agreement for Circulation of Visual and Auditory Materials, drawn up by the recent Conference of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation at Beirut.
§ Mr. TomlinsonHis Majesty's Government have every sympathy with the aims of this Convention and the question whether its provisions can be accepted is receiving their careful consideration. It will, however, be necessary to examine its many implications before a definite decision can be reached.
