§ Mr. ShinwellThe number of foreign workers who are transferred will depend on how many British workers accept employment with the War Department at Long Marston. Men employed by a Ministry of Supply contractor who are250W surplus have been offered employment at normal War Department rates and conditions but so far none have accepted.
