§ Mr. Gammansasked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Admiralty if he will make a statement on the memorandum sent to His Excellency the Governor of Singapore by the Admiralty local staff union regarding pay and conditions of the civilian employees of the Admiralty in Singapore.
