§ Mr. P. Noel-BakerOne hundred and forty-seven houses, and eight blocks of five flats each and two blocks of 26 flats each, making a total of 92 flats, have been completed. The programme which the Housing Corporation has in hand provides for the completion of a further 93 houses.
