§ Mr. Granvilleasked the Postmaster-General if he is aware of the dirty condition of many of the public telephone boxes and telephone instruments at Liverpool Street Station, which makes them almost unfit for public use; what arrangements are made for the cleaning of this equipment; and if he will take steps to see that they are carried out.
§ Mr. Wilfred PalingAll kiosks are due to be cleaned frequently and regularly, but I regret that some of those at Liverpool Street Station have been allowed to get into an unsatisfactory condition. These have now received special attention and the standing arrangements are being reviewed to ensure that they are kept in good order.
