§ Mr. IsaacsThe number of days lost through industrial disputes causing stoppages of work in the three and a half years since July, 1945, has been approximately 8½ million as compared with a total of 157 million days lost in the corresponding period after November, 1918. The information at my disposal does not distinguish between official and non-official stoppages.
