§ Mr. Gordon-WalkerI understand that none of these claims has yet been settled. My right hon. Friend is urgently examining the position of British officers of the Indian Army under the various compensation schemes. I will write to the hon. and gallant Member, and tell him the result of these investigations, as soon as possible.
