§ Mr. J. GriffithsI regret that separate figures showing the total number of retirement and old age pensioners in Stockton-on-Tees are not available. I am informed by the National Assistance Board that supplementation is being paid to about 1,550 pensioners and that the latest available figures show that the average amount of supplementation is about 7s. 6d. a week.
