asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs if any modifications in his instructions were sent to Sir Alexander Cadogan as a result of the New Delhi conference's proposals on Indonesia.

Mr. McNeil

Sir Alexander Cadogan was instructed to vote for certain amendments to the American-sponsored resolution which were put forward as a result of the proposals made by the New Delhi conference. The resolution was adopted by the Security Council on 28th January.
